Terms of Service

Terms and conditions governing your use of the Strat Ai software, billing services, and quantitative tools on stratai.live.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or registering on stratai.live or utilizing any software, API, or service provided by Trading & Research Wing ("Trading & Research Wing", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue using our website and services immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law to register an account or purchase paid subscriptions on stratai.live.

3. Description of Services & Platform

Strat Ai is a quantitative trading software platform and analytical market research tool. Services include:

  • Quantitative technical indicators and diagnostic convictions for market research
  • Real-time and delayed options flow, volatility, and order flow metrics
  • Credit-based API endpoints and terminal diagnostic suites
  • Educational strategy reports and market analysis content

4. Account Registration & Security

To access paid features or waitlist options, you must create an account providing accurate credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities performed under your credentials.

5. Subscription Billing, Payments & Gateway Transactions

A. Pricing & Payment Gateway

All subscription plans, credit tiers, and service charges listed on stratai.live/pricing are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) or applicable international currencies. Online payment transactions are securely processed via PayU Payments Private Limited ("PayU") and authorized payment instruments (Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and Wallets).

B. Automatic Billing & Renewals

For recurring subscription plans, fees will automatically recur at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled prior to the renewal date via your account settings or by notifying support.

C. Billing Disputes

If you suspect unauthorized transactions or billing discrepancies, you must contact billing@stratai.live within 14 days of the transaction date.

6. Acceptable Use & Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary algorithm logic from the Strat Ai terminal
  • Resell, sublicense, scrape, or redistribute data from stratai.live without written permission
  • Engage in illegal activity, fraud, or market manipulation utilizing our diagnostic analytics
  • Circumvent rate limits or security mechanisms protecting our API infrastructure

7. Non-Advisory Financial Disclaimer

Trading & Research Wing is not registered with SEBI as an Investment Advisor or Research Analyst. Platform tools generate probabilistic calculations for informational purposes only. Trading financial derivatives (F&O) involves high financial risk. You are solely responsible for your investment and trading decisions.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, proprietary software, design systems, algorithms, logos, and content on stratai.live are the exclusive property of Trading & Research Wing.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
