Overview

Trading & Research Wing ("Trading & Research Wing", "we", "our", or "us") operates stratai.live and is dedicated to providing transparent subscription billing and customer satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes the terms and conditions for requesting refunds and managing subscription cancellations for purchases made on our platform.

1. Free & Trial Plans

The Starter (free) plan does not require any payment information and is not subject to financial refund terms. You may continue to access Starter tier features indefinitely at zero cost.

2. Paid Subscriptions & Refund Terms

For paid subscription tiers (Pro and Institutional plans) and credit top-up packages:

  • 7-Day Initial Refund Cooling Period: If you are dissatisfied with your initial subscription purchase, you are eligible to request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial transaction, provided you have used less than 50 API diagnostic credits during that period.
  • Monthly Subscriptions: Following the initial 7-day cooling period, payments for monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future monthly billing cycles.
  • Annual Plans: Pro-rata refunds for annual subscriptions are available within the first 30 days of purchase upon written request. After 30 days, annual subscriptions become non-refundable, but access will remain active through the end of the paid annual term.

3. Refund Processing & Payment Gateway Timeline

Mandatory Gateway SLA: Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the customer's original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Digital Wallet via PayU) within 5 to 7 business days.

Please note that banking processing times may vary depending on your issuing bank or payment gateway provider after we issue the refund dispatch confirmation.

4. How to Submit a Refund Request

To initiate a refund request, please send an email from your registered account address to billing@stratai.live (or support@stratai.live) with the following details:

  • Subject: Refund Request - [Your Registered Email]
  • Transaction ID / Order reference number generated by PayU
  • Date of transaction and subscription plan purchased
  • Reason for requesting the refund

Our billing operations team will review and confirm your request within 24–48 business hours.

5. Subscription Cancellation Procedure

You may cancel your recurring plan at any time through your stratai.live billing dashboard or by emailing our support desk. Upon cancellation:

  • No further recurring charges will be processed by PayU
  • You will retain full access to your paid subscription features until the conclusion of your active billing period
  • Your stored workspace configurations and custom terminal setups will be archived safely for 30 days

6. Exceptions & Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in cases of:

  • Account suspension resulting from violations of our Terms of Service (e.g. data scraping or unauthorized resale)
  • Refund requests submitted past the specified 7-day cooling or 30-day annual pro-rata period
